ä Hickory 4, Slippery Rock 1 — At Slippery Rock, M.K. Bair and Isabella Spadafora had 2 goals each for the Lady Hornets (9-1). Jackie White and Sara Suler had assists and Morgan McBride made 14 saves in goal. Anne McGowan was cited for making a great defensive play.

ä West Middlesex 1, Kennedy Catholic 0 — At Butala Stadium, the visting Ms. Reds (1-4, 3-6-1) recorded the program’s initial region win, according to coach Mike Willlams.
Dayinera Everhart’s header, off an assist from Serra McElrath, accounted for the match’s lone goal. Also, Mackenzie Thompson made 12 saves in pitching the shutout.
“It was a well-played game by both teams. My hat’s off to my kids; I’m really proud of them,” Williams said.
Kennedy Catholic keeper Shelby McElhinny made a dozen saves.
ä Sharpsville 3, Sharon 1 — At Tiger Stadium, the visiting Blue Darlings dented the scoreboard on Aislinn Frazier, Rose Stoyer and Ashley Hall goals. Stoyer set up Frazier, then Chandli Hasenplug assisted Stoyer’s score. Hall’s occured on a corner kick.
Also for Sharpsville, Megan Whalen made 8 saves in goal.
Mikaela Skiljo scored for Sharon, and Kelsie McGranahan made 17 saves in goal.

ä Mercer 1, Wilmington 0 — Under the lights at New Wilmington, Megan Lang posted the only goal of the game as the Lady M’s improved to 4-0-1 in Region 1 and 5-3-1 overall.
Megan McKinney assisted on the goal. Analise Whenry posted 9 saves between the pipes to earn the shutout.

ä Slippery Rock 3, Wilmington 1 — On Monday at Slippery Rock, Josh Jones tallied twice and Mark Cessar once.
Jones’ 2nd-half goals at the 27:10 and 39:45 segments snapped a 1-1 stalemate after Wilmington’s Jon Clark scored at the 20:43 mark.
Luc LaChance, Cole McCandless and Aaron Gercken were credited with assists, while Zack Latorre made 1 save in goal.
Ian Behm made 3 saves in the Greyhounds’ goal.

ä Slippery Rock 25, Sharon 30 — At Buhl Farm Park, Sharon’s (0-5) Cody Buchanan won in a time of 17:42, but the Rockets’ runners prevailed, led by runner-up Caleb Bickel.
ä Commodore Perry 15, Sharpsville 50 (forfeit) — At Hadley, Perry’s Nate White won the exhibition in 18:25. Mike Vannoy (23:01) was Sharpsville’s top finisher.

ä West Middlesex 15, Mercer 50 — At Mercer, the Ms. Reds improved to 4-0 in the region, 7-0 overall with the win. Chloé Tyillian finished 1st for WM in a time of 20:50.
