• Donald W. Irby, 47, of 380 Orange Drive, Hermitage, has been charged with unauthorized use of a car for taking it without permission July 21 from his apartment complex, police said.

Sharon

• Three Sharon teens were arrested for throwing rocks at cars just prior to 11 p.m. Tuesday at State and Main streets and then running through the campus of Penn State Shenango and breaking bottles, police said.

Police said Tyler Morton, 19, of 309 N. Oakland Ave., George Novosel, 18, of 702 Stambaugh Ave., and a 15-year-old boy were each charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass for the incidents, which damaged two cars.

The minor was also cited for violating curfew, police said.

Sharpsville

• Shaneka D. Alberty, 28, of 100 W. Ridge Ave. Apartment 23, Sharpsville, was charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, simple assault and disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday in which she stabbed a man in the neck with a sharp object and tried to run him over with her vehicle, police said.

Police said Ms. Alberty stabbed Chris Greene, 24, of Sharon, in the neck with something at a Main Street tavern.

Greene did not seek medical treatment and while police took a box cutter from Ms. Alberty it was not the weapon that cut him, police said.

SW Mercer County Regional

• Ashley H. Smith, 18, of 761 S. Oakland Ave., Sharon, has been charged with aggravated and simple assault and disorderly conduct for stabbing Tiara S. Hilliary in the right thigh with a kitchen knife at about 9:30 p.m. July 21 at 1051 Wallis Ave., Farrell, police said.

DRUNKEN DRIVING ARRESTS

Hermitage

• Forrest A. Riggall, 26, of 3463 Lisa Court, Hermitage; at 8:33 p.m. Monday on Basil Road; also charged with possession of Alprazolam, an anti-anxiety medication.

• Nicholas A. Sible, 24, of Uniontown Pa.; at 2:11 a.m. Sunday on South Hermitage Road, north of Hann Hill Road; also charged with speeding.

WARRANT ARRESTS

Sharpsville

• Jamie D. Williams, 20, of 205 Orchard St., Sharon; at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant for failing to appear in court on drug charges.

• Charles Lewis Jr., 28, of 717 W. Ridge Ave., Sharpsville; at 12:11 p.m. Monday for failing to pay fines.

• Lynda Miller, 54, of 325 W. Main St., Sharpsville; at 2:50 p.m. Monday for failing to pay fines.
