Brookfield
• Jeanette McCoy, 36, of 8214 Ulp St., Masury, has been charged with two counts of theft. Police said they were contacted by an employee of a grocery store on Warren Sharon Road in Brookfield who said McCoy was stealing from his store and a thrift store also on Warren Sharon Road. Police said when they arrived on the scene, McCoy admitted to stealing, and they found the stolen items when they searched her car.
Hempfield Township
• A resident at 347 Hadley Road at 8 a.m. Nov. 7 reported two vehicles were scratched, causing $3,200 damage, police said.
Hermitage
• James Hosey, 18, of 422 Meek St., Sharon, has been charged with forgery, false identification and underage drinking for signing a relative’s name to a citation for underage drinking at 10:51 p.m. Nov. 7 on Sample Road, police said.
• Jacob D. Kalna, 18, of 3540 Lamor Road, Hermitage, and Frank A. Kalna IV, 21, of Virginia Beach, Va., have been charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct for punching a man in the head and torso at 12:34 a.m. Sept. 24 at Jacob Kalna’s home, police said.
The victim said he was a guest at a wedding reception when someone hit him in the head with a rock, police said. The Kalnas and another man beat the victim in the head and torso and, as the victim was leaving, Jacob Kalna broke his windshield with a golf club, police said.
Jacob Kalna also was charged with criminal mischief.
• Jason A. Bobbie, 20, of 329 Elm Ave., Sharon, has been charged with possession of marijuana, public drunkenness and underage drinking for having pot on him after he was seen stumbling through Macy’s, 3515 E. State St., at 7:50 p.m. Nov. 4, police said.
• Myron Johnson, 49, of 258 Shenango Blvd., Farrell, has been charged with two counts of unsworn falsification for lodging a written excessive force complaint June 19 against a Hermitage policeman using statements that conflicted with oral ones he had given police earlier, court testimony he gave in his own summary trial on a charge of disorderly conduct, and reports prepared by Hermitage and Southwest Mercer County Regional police, police said.
Johnson had been cited for his role in a fight June 10 in the 700 block of Idaho Street, Farrell. In his written statement, he said he saw his niece talking with a policeman and was shocked with an electronic shocking device by another policeman without reason or warning as he was walking toward her, police said.
Johnson was found guilty of disorderly conduct after it was found that he had tried to pull his niece away from police who were arresting her, police said.
SW Mercer County Regional
• Marcia M. Gregory, 41, of 518 Beechwood Ave., Farrell, has been charged with theft for having a relative try to buy a bag of chips with a counterfeit $100 bill at 11:17 p.m. Sept. 26 at Razzcal’s, 802 Roemer Blvd., Farrell, police said.
• Willie J. Mays, 42, of 200 Orange Drive, Hermitage, has been charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal trespass for entering a home uninvited at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday at 1115 Hamilton Ave., Farrell, arguing with a woman, punching her in the head and pulling hair from her head, police said.
State police
• A Mercer-area man was injured when his sport-utility vehicle rolled over several times at 4:33 p.m. Thursday on Interstate 79 northbound in Hayfield Township, Crawford County, police said.
Trever Kelly, 19, was treated at Hamot Medical Center, Erie, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Kelly’s SUV went off the west side of the road and sideswiped a guard rail, then careened across both northbound lanes and rolled over, police said. Kelley was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown while the SUV rolled, police said.
• A Jamestown-area woman was taken to a hospital after a two-vehicle crash Nov. 6 at Route 322 and West State Road, West Shenango Township, police said.
Tina L. Brant, 44, was taken to UPMC Horizon, Greenville, police said.
Ms. Brant’s car was nearly stopped while she waited for traffic to pass before she could turn left from Route 322 to West State Road, police said. A minivan driven by Jane M. Anderson, 60, ran into the back of her car, police said.
Ms. Anderson was cited for following too closely and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Jamestown volunteer firefighters assisted.

• Victor A. Devito Jr., 51, of 1480 S. Neshannock Road, Hermitage; at 2:41 p.m. Sunday after his vehicle rear-ended another that had been stopped at a red light at Lamor Road and North Hermitage Road; also charged with open container and careless driving.
• Jonathan J. Greimann, 29, of 735 Donna Drive, Hermitage; at 12:14 a.m. Nov. 1 on Dutch Lane; also charged with careless driving.
