Police, Fire from November 13, 2009

Brookfield

• Jessie Taylor, 49, of 815 Spearman Ave., Farrell, was charged by Brookfield police at about 8 p.m. Wednesday with possession of marijuana after a routine traffic stop on Bedford Road. Police said he had two small bags of marijuana under the driver’s side mat.

Greenville-West Salem Township

• Joshua Studnicki, 18, Jamestown, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at Clinton and Franklin streets, Greenville, police said.

Sharon

• A 17-year-old Sharon boy was arrested Thursday morning for stealing copper out of a vacant home in the 100 block of Ormond Avenue, police said. He’ll be charged in juvenile court with burglary and theft, police said.

• William M. DeForest, 21, of 920 Hazen Road, Sharpsville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a lighting violation at 1:27 a.m. Thursday at Leslie Street and Cedar Avenue, police said.

State police

• Robert Bralich 23, of Sharpsville, and Felicia M. Mabry, 20, of Sharon, were cited with harassment following an argument and confrontation with an 18-year-old Greenville-area woman at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 3 on District Road, Delaware Township, police said.

WARRANT ARREST

Brookfield

• Darin A. Fair, 25, of 21èFifth St., Sharpsville; at 3:36 a.m. Oct. 31 on Standard Ave., Masury, on a parole detainer. Also charged with resisting arrest.
