Grove City

• A Sanyo/Sprint cellular telephone was found at the police station. Anyone wishing to claim it can contact police.

• Someone applied blue and yellow paint to a vehicle’s windows Sunday in a parking lot on Lincoln Avenue, said police, who were notified at about 9 a.m.

• A house was entered but nothing was taken between 3:30 and 8 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Highland Avenue, police said. The resident returned home and found water running from a faucet and several cabinets open, police said.

• A man reported that he was flagged down by an elderly man and assaulted with pepper spray at about 11:30 a.m. Nov. 1 in the 600 block of Liberty Street, police said. The victim reported he was pulling out of his driveway when he saw a silver Chevrolet Trailblazer approach him, and the suspect made an obscene gesture at him and pointed for him to pull over, police said. The victim pulled over and approached the SUV, police said.

The suspect, a man of 60 to 75 with thinning white hair and eyeglasses, sprayed the victim with pepper spray and left, police said.

Hempfield Township

• Christine Myers, 27, Hadley Road, Hempfield Township, was cited for failure to confine and house her Rottweiler and failure to display the dog’s license after the animal ran twice Saturday to a Baker Road, Sugar Grove Township, home and was aggressive toward the residents, police said.

• Bryon Conover, 48, Hemlock Drive, was cited for harassment and Dale Ravenscraft, 32, Strawbridge Avenue, Sharon, was charged with simple assault and harassment after they fought at 4:45 p.m. Nov. 1 at Conover’s home, police said.

Conover reported minor injuries but didn’t seek medical treatment, police said.

South Pymatuning Township

• Christian D. Fredenburg, 19, of Girard, Ohio, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:42 p.m. Tuesday at the Shadow Beach access area off Shadow Drive, police said.

State police

• Cody J. Wadding, 20, of Sandy Lake, was treated at Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township, after his northbound car rolled over and hit a tree at 10:25 p.m. Thursday on Springfield Church Road, Findley Township, police said. Wadding, who was wearing a seat belt, was charged with driving too fast for conditions, police said.

• Two New York men were injured when the car they were in hit a sign and a ditch and rolled several times at 2:09 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 79 northbound in Springfield Township, police said.

Michael G. Brotosky, 19, of Rochester, and Michael D. Jarvis, 19, of Henrietta, were treated at Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township, a hospital spokeswoman said. The men were wearing seat belts, police said.

• Two Grove City-area people were injured when their car got caught up in a four-vehicle crash at 7:55 a.m. Friday on Irishtown Road and Route 58, Pine Township, police said.

Ruth E. Jaskol and Joseph M. Jaskol, both 87, were treated at Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township, a hospital spokeswoman said. Ms. Jaskol was westbound on Route 58 when a car driven by Alicia A. Phillips, 44, of New Castle, pulled from the stop sign while northbound on Irishtown, police said. The impact of their collision caused the Jaskol vehicle to spin into a car driven by Michael T. Krupa, 33, of Jackson Center, that was southbound on Irishtown, and a minivan driven by Dawn M. Yoho-Lenkner, 37, of Stoneboro, that was eastbound on Route 58, police said.

Ms. Phillips was cited for a stop sign violation. She pleaded guilty and has paid a fine.

• Lester A. Williamson, 75, of Petrolia, Pa., was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital after his northbound sport-utility vehicle slid on its side and rolled over at 12:27 p.m. Nov. 1 on Bradley Road, Worth Township, said police, who released information Tuesday. Williamson was initially treated at Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township, before transfer to Allegheny General Hospital, a Grove City hospital spokeswoman said. An AGH spokeswoman said Tuesday that he was not listed.

• Robert Bralich, 23, of Sharpsville, has been charged with harassment for an argument and confrontation with an 18-year-old woman at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 3 on District Road, Delaware Township, police said.

Sharpsville

• Seth M. Pettitt, 30, of Fowler; Nov. 4 on a warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana stemming from a March 6 traffic stop in Sharpsville.
