• A small silver and gray hard case with a silver handle was found at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday on the sidewalk in the 500 block of Woodland Avenue, police said. The owner may claim the case at the police station.
• Carl Amodei, 44, of 517 Woodland Ave., was arrested Thursday at home on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after a domestic disturbance, police said..
Hermitage
• A 40-year-old Sharon woman reported that she was robbed of cash and a cellular telephone by two men and a woman at 4:30 a.m. Sunday as she walked through the parking lot of Orange Village apartments, police said.
One man was about 6 feet tall and had a large build. The other man was about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and had a medium build. No description was available for the woman. All of the suspects were black, police said.
• A tan 1997 Buick LeSabre was stolen Saturday night or Sunday morning from the parking lot of Kimberly (Drive) Apartments, police said. The car’s license plate is DDE189.
• Someone stole a cash register that contained no money at 1 a.m. Monday from Tic Toc Food Mart, 4195 E. State St., police said. The front door glass of the convenience store was smashed, police said.
Pymatuning Township
• David W. Emph, 57, of 1304 Arlington Drive, was charged with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after firing his rifle into the air several times at 2:47 a.m. Sunday outside his home, police said, adding no one was hurt and nothing was damaged.

• Rolaunda Pleasant, 39, of 1125 Cedar Ave., was charged with harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 4:39 p.m. Sunday at home, police said.
SW Mercer County Regional
• Frank Desput of Pulaski was treated at UPMC Horizon, Farrell, after a crash at 11:34 a.m. Thursday on state Route 18 in Shenango Township, police said.
Police said Desput’s southbound vehicle collided with another driven by Stacey DeCarbo of New Castle who turned onto Route 18 from the Route 60 interchange. DeCarbo wasn’t hurt in the crash, police said.
• Someone stole copper plumbing prior to Sunday morning from a property in the 1100 block of Hamilton Avenue in Farrell, police said.
State police
• Sghetti’s, 3200 S. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, has been cited for having someone with a financial interest in the business not listed on the liquor license, and failing to notify authorities of a change in management, police said.
• A 77-year-old Longwell Road, Pine Township, woman was defrauded by scam artists who led her to believe she had won a lottery, police said.
• Jarek Shankle, 24, of Volant, has been cited with harassment and trespassing for entering Dollar General, Pine Township, at 7:15 p.m. Saturday and harassing an employee when he had been told not to go there, police said.
• A Stoneboro-area man was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital after he crashed his vehicle into a tree at 3 a.m. Saturday on Springfield Church Road, north of Bradley Road in Jackson Township, police said.
Joshua A. McNamara, 19, was listed in stable condition Monday at Allegheny General Hospital, a hospital spokeswoman said. He was initially treated at Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township.
McNamara was northbound when his car went off the road, police said. He was wearing a seatbelt.
• Two people remained hospitalized Monday from the two tractor-trailer crash that closed part of Interstate 80 Friday in East Lackawannock Township.
Jason J. Hover, 27, of Marysville, was listed in critical condition Monday at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, a hospital spokeswoman said. He was a passenger in the truck driven by James W. Love, 46, of Marysville, who was listed in satisfactory condition Monday, the spokesman said.
A truck driven by Vajomah Konneh, 24, of Darby, Pa., ran into the back of Love’s truck at 5:02 a.m., police said. Love’s truck was either stopped or nearly stopped and had its hazard lights on, police said.

• Joseph L. Clark, 24, of 414 Orchard St., Apartment A, Sharon; at 11:28 a.m. Sunday on East Budd Street on a Hermitage police warrant charging him with burglary, theft and conspiracy to commit burglary. He stole a television from an apartment at 6:30 a.m. Oct. 21 at 96 Todd Ave., police said.
