Greenville-West Salem Township

• Edward Hammons Jr., 34, of 61 Harrison St., Greenville, was cited for having a disorderly house after police received complaints about loud music coming from his home at 10:27 p.m. Oct. 22. People have complained about Hammons’ loud music multiple times, police said.

• Justin West, 20, of 108 Clarksville St., Greenville, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after police were called to his home for a domestic dispute at 9 p.m. Saturday, police said.

• Paul Daly, 33, of 2 Lancaster Ave., Greenville, was cited for dogs running at large in violation of the ordinance Oct. 20 and Saturday, police said.

• Someone stole a Garmin global positioning system, at least 20 compact discs, car chargers and a portable CD player Monday night from a car parked on Franklin Street, Greenville, police said.

Grove City

• Earl L. Franklin III, 29, of 241 S. Broad St., Apartment 4, Grove City, was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking after he allegedly entered an office Oct. 23 on South Broad Street and stole $50 from a money box, police said.

Sharon

• Stacy Durman, 32, of 8165 Lorain St., Apartment 3, Masury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of New Castle Avenue, police said.

• Justin Edwards, also known as Daeni Perez Martinez, 22, of 813 Spearman Ave., Sharon, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement after police picked him up at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday at home on a warrant for failing to pay fines on a harassment citation issued in January. The warrant was for Martinez, which was the name he gave police at the time of the incident, police said. Wednesday he said his real name is Edwards.

• Brandon Allen, 19, of 21 Shenango Blvd., Farrell, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana at 11:48 p.m. Wednesday on North Oakland Avenue at Baird Way, police said.

• Mozelle Goudy, 40, of 328 Sterling Ave., Sharon, was charged with simple assault after a domestic dispute at 1:24 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of West Budd Street, police said.

• A 22-year-old Sharon woman at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday reported to police that 20 hydrocodone pills and an iPod were stolen from her home in the 500 block of Spruce Avenue, police said.

• A 58-year-old Sharon man at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday reported to police that about 70 morphine pills that were in a locked safe were stolen from his home in the 300 block of Liberty Street, police said.

South Pymatuning Township

ä A 3-year-old South Pymatuning Township boy wasn’t hurt after a passer-by saw him riding his tricycle across the bridge at 10:32 a.m. Wednesday on Buckeye Drive, police said.

The boy, who was riding on the road, was taken to the police station and a passer-by said he lived on Tamarack Drive. Police took the boy home and his father said he didn’t know the child was at home, and his mother took two other children to the doctor’s.

The incident will be reported to Children and Youth Services for investigation of the child’s welfare, police said.

State police

• Someone stole a $1,000 green Honda Recon four-wheeler between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday along Sunset Road, Lackawannock Township, police said.

• Michele D. Jordan, 41, Farrell, was charged with contraband for allegedly trying to pass Otis D. McKinzie, 41, a Mercer County state prison inmate, marijuana during visitation at about 10:15 a.m. Oct. 19 in the Findley Township prison, police said.

McKinzie has not been charged, a court spokeswoman said.

• Quinton J. Betts, 35, of 8133 Davis St., Masury; at 12:35 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of East Connelly Boulevard.

• Deon M. Brodie, 24, of 407 Spearman Ave., Farrell; at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for criminal trespassing.

• Clarence Teague, 31, of 172 W. Budd St., Sharon; at 9:54 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for burglary.

• Amanda E. McBriar, 25, of New Castle; at 10:53 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant for forgery and access device fraud.
