SW Mercer County Regional

• Stephen N. Moss, 49, of 1028 Hamilton Ave., Farrell, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. Thursday on a charge of failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements, police said. Moss has lived in Farrell since 2005, but never reported his address to state police, police said. He was convicted of rape June 28, 1980, in Bethlehem, Pa., police said.

State police

• Someone stole $5,315 worth of jewelry and a flat-screen television between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Thursday from a home on Centertown Road, Wolf Creek Township, police said.

• Mindi L. Moody, 32, of 385 Norris St., Sharon; at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday on East State Street near Coolidge Road; also charged with a lane violation.

• Carol DeMaria, Mercer; at 2:43 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 19, East Lackawannock Township.
