• Travis J. Blake, 20, of 192 Clintonville Road, Findley Township, has been cited with harassment for following and harassing a 26-year-old man Sunday in the 600 block of Stewart Avenue, police said.

Hermitage

• Rodney A. Cunningham II, 25, of 762 Gaylord Ave., Masury, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. Thursday in a parking lot in the 2000 block of East State Street on charges of driving under the influence of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia after an employee of a business found him asleep with a needle in his arm, police said.

Cunningham’s vehicle was running when police arrived, police said.

Pymatuning Township

• Jessup J. Hoffman, 19, of 44 Bassick Lane, Pymatuning Township, and Jacob C. Peffer, 19, of 368 Hopper Road, Delaware Township, were arrested on charges corruption of a minor and conspiracy to commit criminal trespass Thursday in woods near Shadeland Estates Mobile Home Park, North Hermitage Road, police said.

Police said they responded to a burglary call and the victim told police a girl had run from the mobile home. Police followed the tracks into the woods and found a girl with Hoffman and Peffer, police said.

• Joseph J. Mathieson Sr., 36, of 111 Strawberry St., Mercer, has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property for stealing rings and a watch Jan. 18 from a home in the 100 block of 10th Street and selling them at a Sharon precious metal dealer, police said. The jewelry could not be recovered, police said.

Sharpsville

• Calvin Winchell, 35, of 413è Main St., Sharpsville, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. Monday on charges of criminal mischief and corruption of minors, police said.

Winchell was part of a group that vandalized yards in the 1000 block of Ridge Avenue, police said. He was caught with the four minors involved after a neighbor followed footprints from the site to Winchell’s house, police said.

Winchell was taken to Mercer County Jail on a parole violation, police said.

• Aaron H. Drake, 35, of 331 Canterbury Court, Sharpsville; at 11:53 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of East State Street; also charged with a lane violation.

• Matthew C. Burwell, 26, of 477 Elm Ave., Sharon; at 1:39 a.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of East State Street; also cited for having an inoperable license plate light.

Southwest Mercer County Regional

• Eric Bourne, 36, of 784 Wheatland Road, Shenango Township; at 12:40 a.m. Sunday at Main Street and Wheatland Road, West Middlesex; also charged with lane and turn violations.
