Police, fire from March 3, 2010

Grove City

• Jennifer Schuller, 26, of 21 Dermond Road, Hermitage, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving during suspension after a Grove City man said Ms. Schuller took his vehicle without permission Feb. 25, police said.

Hempfield Township

• Josh Castia, 24, East State Street, Hermitage, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement authorities, driving under suspension and having obstructed registration tags after a traffic stop at 9:56 p.m. Friday on Hadley Road, police said.

• Tomilyn Miller, 44, Greenville, was cited for harassment after a Hempfield Township man reported Feb. 19 she harassed him with text messages, police said.

Sharon

• Randolph Tibolet, 51, of 857 Shady Ave., Sharon, was charged with terroristic threats and harassment at 8:25 a.m. Monday after an incident at home, police said. Police were called at 6:09 a.m. to the home after Tibolet threatened to harm a dog and a woman there, police said. Tibolet was taken to the hospital at Sharon Regional Health System for a mental health evaluation and released, police said. He returned home and police were called again because he threatened to kill a woman and to burn the house down, police said.

• Brittany J. Moore, 23, of 8131 Addison Road, Masury, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic citations at 10:44 p.m. Saturday on Dock Street near Bay Way, police said.

• Lisa Whigham, 44, of 431 N. Oakland Ave., Sharon, was cited for dogs at large at 1:52 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Oakland, police said.

• Richard Beaver, 48, of 311 Quinby St., was cited for criminal mischief at 10:42 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 400 block of Frank Street, police said.

• Melissa E. Applegate, 29, of 141 S. 12th St., Sharpsville; at 2:46 a.m. Saturday at Pierce Avenue and 10th Street.

• Alex Merchant, 22, of 457 A St., Sharon; Tuesday on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Domenic Arena, 25, of 488 North St., Sharon; Tuesday on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Jeffrey Mathieson, 34, of 215è Cranberry Road, Pine Township; Tuesday on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Jennifer Schuller, 26, of 21 Dermond Road, Hermitage; on Friday in the 1000 block of Sherman Avenue.

• Jerone Williams, 35, of 755 Prindle St., Sharon; at 12:46 p.m. Sunday at Sharpsville Avenue and Pitt Street.
