---- — Grove City

• A gas can, utility knife, and tape measure were stolen from a garage July 18 in the 200 block of Edgewood Drive, police said.

• An iPod was stolen between the end of April and the middle of May from a home in the 600 block of Euclid Avenue, police said.

Hermitage

• Adam A. Chlpka, 23, of 2109 Winner Road, Hermitage, was charged with possession of eight Adderall tablets without a prescription and drug paraphernalia for having a bag of the stimulant drugs on him at 4:50 p.m. June 17 at his home when police investigated suspicious activity, police said.

• Douglas Demartinis, 57, of 300 Ashland Drive, Hermitage, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and illegal passing stemming from a traffic crash at 3:43 p.m. July 18 in the 1600 block of North Water Avenue, police said. He was treated at a local hospital.

Sharon

• Lanetta Seay, 25, of Carnegie, Pa., was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct after she released pepper spray at two people during a custody exchange at 3:30 p.m. Monday at 78 Stambaugh Ave., police said.

• Nora R. Krauss, 49, of 132 W. State St., was charged with simple assault and harassment at 12:14 a.m. Thursday for digging her fingernails into a man’s arm at her home during a domestic dispute, police said.

State police

• A jewelry box was stolen in a burglary between 9:30 a.m. and noon Thursday from a home in the 1600 block of Mercer-Grove City Road, Findley Township, police said.

• A counterfeit $20 was passed Wednesday at McDonald’s, Pine Township, police said.

DRUNKEN DRIVING ARREST

Hermitage

• Denise Q. Burns, 51, of 35 Dogwood Lane, West Middlesex; at 2:13 a.m. July 22 in the 1800 block of South Hermitage Road; also charged with speeding and a lane violation.

WARRANT ARRESTS

Sharon

• Devon Norris Jr., 48, of 714 Meek St., Sharon; at 8:23 a.m. Wednesday at home on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• Gloria Emmett, 28, of 415 Delaware St., Sharon; at 11:21 a.m. Wednesday at the Sharon district court on a fugitive warrant from common pleas court.

• Lisa Norton, 40, of Brookfield; at 11:37 a.m. Wednesday for failing to appear in court on charges of simple assault and terroristic threats after an incident Dec. 29 in the emergency room at the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System.
