• Paula Gravatt, 52, of 139 Bean Road, Perry Township, was arrested at 7:25 a.m. Tuesday at North Hermitage Road and Indian Run Road on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license or registration.

State police

• A bag of medication and $50 were stolen March 8 or 9 from McCullough’s Ice Cream Stand, 4045 Sandy Lake Road, Mill Creek Township, police said. A rear door was pried open, police said.

• Police said they are investigating a report that someone used a Mill Creek Township woman’s debit card number Tuesday to make an online purchase.
