CANAL FULTON, Ohio – Barbara Ann Greenfield of Canal Fulton went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013. She was 73.
Ms. Greenfield was born Feb. 9, 1939, in Farrell to Joseph and Victoria Marie Demaria Mercurio.
She had been a resident of Canal Fulton since 1975 and was employed at The Learning Center in Canal Fulton for several years.
Barbara Ann touched the lives of many and dearly loved her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Joseph Mercurio Jr. and Louis Mercurio; her sisters, Edith Galarde, Louise Cardella-Sckerak and Cathy “Pup” Burdick; and her brothers-in-law, Guy Guerino and Dave Burdick.
She is survived by her children, Tammy, wife of Erik Wolfe; David Pelles, husband of Michelle; Victoria Riley; and Jason Greenfield, husband of Stephanie; her grandchildren, Kevin, Jason K., Kenny, Chris, Jason B., D.J., Luke, Jordyn and Alivia; great-grandchildren, Kamden and Sophie; her brother, James Mercurio, husband of Eileen; her sisters, Adeline “Appie” Guerino; Donna, wife of Jeff Kovach; and Gloria, wife of Tommy Marenovich; many nieces and nephews; a special friend, Wendy Johnson; and family pets, Jethro and Sabrina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Canal Fulton Rotary Club, 735 E. Cherry St., Canal Fulton, OH 44614.
A memorial service was held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22 in Canal Fulton, with visitation from 5:30 p.m. to time of service.
