A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday for Patricia R. Parenti of Liberty Township (Grove City). She passed away at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, after a brief illness. She was 84.
Mrs. Parenti was born Feb. 22, 1929, in Bruin, Butler County, to Thomas R. and Flora Reardon Morrow.
Patricia was a homemaker and was the secretary for her and her family’s business, Parenti and Sons Trucking.
She was a member of Church of the Beloved Disciple, Pine Township, and was a past member of the former Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1637, Mercer.
She enjoyed crafts and antiques.
Her husband of more than 57 years, Alexander T. “Sam” Parenti, preceded her in death April 17, 2002.
Survivors include: three daughters, Rose Jones and her husband Harry Jones Jr., Grove City; Patty Parenti, Spring, Texas; and Dorothy Parenti, Grove City; three sons, Alexander T. Parenti Jr. and his wife Joyce, Westland, Mich.; James T. Parenti and his wife Charlotte, Toledo, Ohio; and Thomas R. Parenti and his wife Joyce, Diamond Bar, Calif.; 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandson; and a brother, Larry Morrow, Alabama.
She also leaves behind her best friend, Vina Best, Grove City.
Besides her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Valerie Flynn; a son, Michael Joseph Parenti; a brother, Floyd Morrow; and a sister, Kathleen Harris.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Service: Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Friday (3-22-13) in Church of the Beloved Disciple, 1310 S. Center St. Extension, Pine Township, with the Rev. Michael P. Allison, pastor, as celebrant.
Interment: Crestview Memorial Park Inc., Pine Township.
