Although bridge s dominate PennDOT’s construction plans for the next four years, there are significant road projects coming up.
Most notably, PennDOT plans to begin work next year on the long-awaited paving and widening of Broadway Avenue in Wheatland, Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Farrell and South Dock Street in Sharon, according to the Transportation Improvement Project approved Wednesday.
