Dahlkemper-Kelly race is ‘toss-up,’ handicappers say

MERCER COUNTY — In spite of a rosy fundraising quarter, U.S. Rep. Kathy Dahlkemper has news to sweat about: Two Washington, D.C. political reports this week called her race against Mike Kelly a “toss-up.”

For Rothenberg and Cook political reports, that’s the most competitive ranking.
