As if bankruptcy, a fire that destroyed the midway and years of neglect weren’t bad enough, Conneaut Lake Park suffered another indignity when scrap metal thieves hit the storied Blue Streak Roller coaster.
State police in Meadville said Saturday that someone stole about $10,800 worth of copper cables from the vintage wooden roller-coaster.
