U.S. Rep. Kathy Dahlkemper’s Republican challenger held a series of news conferences in the 3rd district Friday calling on the Democratic congresswoman to return money that was spent on mailings he called “nothing more than taxpayer funded campaign mail.”
However, Mrs. Dahlkemper’s campaign refuted Mike Kelly’s charges as “bogus,” stating the mailers are a proper way to communicate with constituents.
