Trinity Industries Inc. is looking to the public for input on how it should clean up the site of its former railcar plant in Greenville and plan for future development of the property.
Greenville council members on Tuesday will vote on Trinity’s Public Involvement Plan, which Borough Manager Scott Andrejchak recommends they approve.
