WEST SALEM TOWNSHIP —
A tractor trailer that drove through the stop sign on North Summit Road at Vernon Road crashed into two other vehicles and ended up in a ditch Sunday night in West Salem Township. Three people were flown to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, police at the scene said.
