Board sells middle school for $1.2 mil

HERMITAGE — Hermitage School Board sold the closed Hermitage Middle School on Monday to a Cleveland-area retail development firm.

Visconsi Land Co. Ltd. Pepper Pike, Ohio, has agreed to buy the building at 123 N. Hermitage Road and 3.7 acres of property for $1,155,000.
