Local Red Cross linking up with Butler chapter

MERCER COUNTY — The local chapter of the American Red Cross has a new partner.

Under a reorganization that became effective July 1, the Mercer County chapter was moved out of the Youngstown Red Cross to the Butler County Red Cross.
