A local man suspected of burglarizing a number of homes in the Shenango Valley is behind bars after being arrested Sunday night following a struggle with police.
Lashan D. Boatner, 33, of 340 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, or 2036 Landay Lane, Farrell, was wanted on a bench warrant for failing to show up for sentence court Friday on a theft from a motor vehicle charge out of Sharon, a warrant from Hermitage police charging him with burglarizing two homes, and a warrant from District Judge Ronald E. Antos, Farrell, for failing to pay a traffic citation, officials said.
