BROOKFIELD —
A federal judge has accepted the guilty plea of a Brookfield man who shared child pornographic files online, and had compact discs of child porn in his home.
Brian J. Radachy, 50, of 6344 Warren Sharon Road, entered a plea June 17 before a magistrate judge on a charge of receipt and distribution of visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
U.S. District Court Judge Solomon Oliver Jr., Cleveland, reviewed the record of the plea and concluded Radachy was competent and understood what he was doing, and there was a factual basis for the plea, he said in an order filed last week.
Solomon set sentencing for Sept. 16 in Cleveland.
