Many people have said that President Obama started running for president the day he became a senator. With a marvelous gift of gab he can expound at great length on any subject but always leaves me wondering, “Now what did he just say?” He comes off like a benevolent father who would solve your every problem if you only give him a chance.
In his last European junket he committed the USA to long periods of aid and assistance while apologizing for our sins of the past. I don’t believe we owe anyone an apology for anything including the old slavery and Indian issues.
I am wondering if President Obama has further, higher political ambitions like becoming President of the New World Order. He might get a castle on the Rhine or in Switzerland. Anything to get him out of the country and out of our Treasury, before it’s all spent, would be welcome.
It would be nice if Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Tim Geithner went along, maybe as court jesters. I believe that the only business experience any of these people have is conducting destructive political attacks against former opponents.
They will now attempt to fix the banks, housing, the auto industry, health care and education. If we become prosperous again they will try to fix Europe.
