Former Brookfield woman worked at Sharon plants


DELMAR, Md. — Pamela Goblinger of Delmar, formerly of Brookfield, passed away Monday, Feb. 22, 2010, in her home surrounded by her family after battling cancer for the past year. She was 57.

Mrs. Goblinger was born Sept. 12, 1952, in Sharon to William and Valeria LaCamera Cunningham.

Pamela was previously employed for 12 years as a production manager at the former Sharon Steel Corp.’s Farrell plant and Duferco Corp. She worked for the past three years at Kitty’s Flowers in Salisbury, Md.

Pamela enjoyed spending time with her two grandchildren and traveling with her husband. 

She is survived by: her loving husband, Gary Goblinger, at home; her children, Chad Goblinger and his wife Jean, Salisbury; and Valerie Goblinger, Delmar; a brother, William C. Cunningham Jr., Oviedo, Fla.; and her grandchildren, Vincent and Kyle Goblinger.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Cheryle Babcock.
