EMTs from McGonigle Ambulance and STATMedEvac bring an injured ATV rider to the shore of Shenango River Lake after pulling the man out of the woods in the nearby Bayview Off-Road Vehicle Area. The unidentified man crashed his all-terrain vehicle while riding on the trails Monday. Rescuers used the boat to get the man to a waiting helicopter.
